Gillie Easdon

You, your company or organisation have something to share with your audience. What next? From creating communications plans and timelines to crafting compelling bios, press releases and fulsome FAQs and backgrounders, I've got you. How, when and where you share makes a difference. I make that difference for you.

Websites brand, complement and drive traffic. With tight, evocative and calculated copy, your audience is better equipped not only to understand what you do, but where, why and how well you do it. Websites often take the back burner. Hand it over to me, to prepare your seamless copy.

Let me tell you a story. I've written about co-working culture clubs, culinary histories, homelessness and major home renovations. I've researched specimen storage and fire supression systems, childhood anxiety, bakeries nestled in vineyards and latte art competitions in Vegas. I tell it and tell it well.

Grant Writing

With a few years of steady grant writing under my belt, I've got you covered. The careful attention to detail, poring through pages and pages to make sure I’m speaking directly to focus and goals, I can set you up for success or get there for you.

I've published 150+ articles in print, was longlisted for Exile: The Literary Quarterly’s Gloria Vanderbilt’s 2013 Short Fiction Award and shortlisted in both 2003 and 2012 for the Writers’ Union of Canada Writing for Children Competition. Currently seeking publication of my young adult fiction novel, I’ve an intimate grasp of what moves, piques and encourages the reader to keep going. I collaborate, copy edit and critique.
